Refund policy

Customers may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in new condition, unworn, and not used in a game, and are subject to inspection and approval before a refund is issued. Approved refunds will incur a $5 restocking fee, and refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our end, such as receiving the wrong item, a damaged item, or a defective product.
